    This building is typical of the achievements of the architect Ernest Cormier with the yellow brick coating. It has already been occupied by UQAM.

    He has since been completely renovated to host this four star hotel opened in 2003.

    The hotel has 80 studios and 80 suites and a swimming pool on the roof.
