History and facts about this building
These former Imperial Tobacco factories are being converted into lofts by the Prével company (2009). The whole project will create 500 condos / lofts, all developed in 8 phases.

These former industrial buildings are located in Saint-Henri borough, near Highway 720 in a fast changing sector.

On a photos to the left you can see one of the buildings with the of aluminum surface that hid the old facade.
