The appartment tower was announce on July 2011. Located at the edge of the city of multimedia and Old Montreal. This housing project will be conducted by the Canvar Group, the same company who gave us the Pom, the 400 Sherbrooke West and Vue condos.

Sign of new times, the building will include connectors for electric cars in the parking lot.

Offering advantageous location for downtown workers this project will provide more mixity in a changing district.
